Jérémie Palacci is a Partner and French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP, specializing in computer-implemented inventions. He advises startups and corporations on developing and executing intellectual property strategies critical to their commercial success, with a focus on artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
 
A graduate of École Centrale de Lyon and holder of a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University, Jérémie spent 21 years at a prestigious Parisian law firm, honing his technical and legal expertise before becoming a Partner and General Director. Actively engaged in professional organizations, he has co-directed the CNCPI’s international relations since 2022 and represents France at the FICPI. Jérémie also teaches industrial property at École Centrale de Lyon and mentors young professionals preparing for the legal consultation tests of the European Qualifying Examination. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2025.
